The DensXspect® system, through the use of hyperspectral X-ray technology and the application of artificial intelligence algorithms, is able to discriminate different types of elastomer products that are optically identical and with a density, hardness, and chemical composition very similar.

In particular, the system has demonstrated excellent performance in the O-ring seal quality control sector, where it is currently used both to reject non-compliant products and to check the different characteristics of the seals at the time of packaging. 

To date, the DensXspect® is the first inspection system able to perform this sophisticated classification operation in real time and online, in the shortest possible time.
